Q1 – How Do I Register an Account / Log In?
To register an account or log in, follow these steps:
1. If you are a new user, click on the “Register Now” button on our homepage and choose a username and password for your account.
2. If you already have an account, click the “Account” drop-down within the main menu of our website and select “Log In / Account.”
3. Enter the email and password associated with your account then select “Log In.”
Once logged in, you can manage your membership, view your purchase history, and update your personal details.
Q2 – How Do I Access My Account Information?
To access your account information, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account by clicking the “Account” drop-down within the main menu of our website and select “Log In / Account.”
2. Enter the email and password associated with your account then select “Log In.”
3. Once logged in, you will be directed to your Account Dashboard.
From the dashboard, you can view and update your personal information, manage your memberships, check your order history, and adjust your account settings.

Q3 – How Do I Reset My Account Password?
To reset your account password, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Account” drop-down within the main menu of our website.
2. Click on the “Lost Password” link.
3. Enter your registered email address in the provided field and click “Reset Password.”
4. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Click on the link in the email.
5. Enter your new password in the provided fields and confirm it.
6. Click “Save” to update your password.
If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for further assistance.
Gym – FAQ
Q1 – How Much are Your Monthly Memberships?
Our individual membership costs £29.99 per month. We also offer a couples membership for £39.99 per month and Family Membership for £49.99 per month.
Students and NHS staff can join for £24.99 per month with valid proof of ID.
If you are under 16 you can join for £19.99 per month with valid proof of ID.
Q2 – Are There Any Age Restrictions?
Individuals aged 16 and above can join the gym.
However, those aged 13 to 16 can only access the gym if accompanied by a family member with a valid membership.
The accompanying family member must supervise the minor at all times.
Q3 – What Are Your Opening Hours?
The front desk is open from 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday and between 10am and 2pm on Saturday.
However, members with a monthly subscription can access the gym 24/7 using the keypad number located on the 24HR Code page on our website.
Q4 – Do You Have Personal Trainers (PTs)?
Yes, we have personal trainers available. Please visit our Coaching Page or contact us for more information.
Q5 – Do You Have Showers?
No, we do not have shower facilities.
However, we do have toilets that can be used as changing rooms.
Please use the changing mat provided.
Q6 – How Much Protein Should I Take?
The amount of protein you need depends on your fitness goals, body weight, and level of physical activity.
It’s best to consult with one of our coaches for personalized advice.
Q7 – What Is Creatine?
Creatine is a substance found naturally in muscle cells. It helps your muscles produce energy during high-intensity exercise and is often used as a supplement to improve strength, increase lean muscle mass, and help muscles recover more quickly during exercise.
Q8 – How Often Should I Train?
The frequency of your training depends on your fitness goals, level of experience, and the type of exercise you do.
Generally, it is recommended to engage in moderate-intensity exercise at least three to five times per week.
Consulting with a personal trainer can help tailor a program to your needs.
Q9 – Where Is The Gym?
Our gym is located in Ross Court, Tullygarley. Near the entrance to Rossdale Estate.
